BEMORE® is shipped to mainland Spain. No shipments are made to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Delivery times

Orders received with confirmed payment, before 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday (not holidays), with merchandise in stock, will leave our warehouse that same day. After this time, the shipment will be made the next day.

The provision of services will be carried out on working days and from Monday to Friday. In the temporary calculation of the contracted service, holidays will be excluded. The contractually agreed terms for the delivery of the freight are understood without prejudice to the delays that may be caused by reasons of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances (storms, snow, roadblocks, strikes, procedures or other actions of the Administration and / or Customs , delays of airlines and / or shipping companies, dates such as Christmas, etc.) shipments may suffer some delay.

The merchandise will be delivered to the address designated by the sender, except for the absence of the recipient or that due to the weight, volume or nature of the property, delivery is not possible. In this case, and with prior notice, said delivery will be made at the street door or at the destination service center. In the absence of the recipient, a notice will be left to notify the delivery attempt, as well as the way to agree on it. The charge for this will be that established in the current rates. A breach of the delivery period will not be considered that which is caused by the absence of the recipient; change of address; unknown, incorrect or incomplete address; lack of name, telephone and contact e-mail in private homes; non-payment of postage; supplies or refunds; closing for holidays; late deliveries on second delivery attempt; and causes of force majeure, fortuitous event or others not attributable to the Company. Deliveries are not made to post office boxes.
