Cancellation of orders

You can cancel your order at any time as long as its status is “Awaiting payment by bank transfer”. In the event that you have already made the payment but your order is not yet in “Awaiting payment by bank transfer”, the amount will be returned to you using the same method in which you made the payment. To cancel an order, you must provide the order number via e-mail to [email protected] from the same email address with which you have registered in our store or with which you placed the order.
